Tales of the World has been an amazing book to illustrate for! This captivating collection has been carefully curated by the acclaimed storyteller Geeta Ramanujam herself, offering a delightful blend of mystery, adventure, and magic.
This is a grade 3-4 book. The aim for this book was to be engaging and relatable, capturing their attention while still being appropriate for the age range 8-11 years.
After a short discussion with my art director Canato Jimo, I worked on a few sample illustrations to lock in on the style of the illustrations.

In the conceptualisation process I made rough sketches for each illustration, followed by line illustration which when got approved were then coloured.
